Purchasing Process means as set forth in Section 4 below.

Purchasing Process means the process outlined in Annexure A, as amended from time to time by the Owners or Manager (in their sole discretion) provided that such amendments do not adversely negatively or unreasonably impact on the rights of the Purchaser under this Agreement.

Examples of Purchasing Process in a sentence

  • The Successful Offeror (the "Successful Offeror shall mean the Offeror, whose Offer has been chosen by IEC's Tender Committee as the most beneficial to it under the Purchasing Process) has failed to comply, within reasonable time, with any of the relevant requirements set out in the Purchasing Process documents.

  • In a two stage Purchasing Process, the Participation Fee is required only for the first stage.

  • In a single stage Purchasing Process, the Participation Fee must be paid together with submission of the proposal.

  • IEC discovers an error or an omission in the Purchasing Process documents and/or in any data, which is relevant to the procurement of the Goods and/or Services.

  • The purchase will be conducted and concluded in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions and requirements, set forth in the tender/inquiry/request for proposals (hereinafter: the "RFP" or the "Purchasing Process") documents.
