Additionally, in connection with each Ton by which the aggregate Tons that HSI purchases during a CD Year exceed 1,000,000 Tons, HSI shall pay Enron an "Additional Purchasing Fee" of one percent (1%) of the Adjusted Index Price of each excess Ton.
