Purchaser’s Information means all information provided to Seller by Purchaser or its representatives or subcontractors in connection with the business, programs, and Goods covered by the Order, including without limitation, pricing and other terms of the Order, specifications, data, formulas, compositions, designs, sketches, photographs, samples, prototypes, test vehicles, manufacturing, packaging or shipping methods and processes and computer software and programs (including object code and source code). Purchaser’s information also includes any materials or information that contain, or are based on, any Purchaser’s Information, whether prepared by Purchaser, Seller or any other person.

In any such event of termination, Purchaser shall promptly return Purchaser’s Information to Seller, after which neither party shall have any further obligation to the other under this Agreement except for the Termination Surviving Obligations.

Seller shall (i) keep all Purchaser’s information confidential and disclose it only to its employees who need to know such Purchaser’s information in order for Seller to supply Goods, tooling, and equipment to Purchaser under the Order and (ii) use Purchaser’s Information solely for the purpose of supplying Goods to Purchaser.
Purchaser shall return all of the Documents, any and all copies Purchaser has made of the Documents, and all copies of any studies, reports, or test results obtained by Purchaser (and actually paid for by Seller) in connection with its inspection of the Premises (collectively, the "Purchaser’s Information") on the earlier to occur of (i) such time as Purchaser determines that it shall not acquire the Premises, or (ii) such time as this Agreement is terminated for any reason.
Purchaser’s information also includes any materials or information that contain, or are based on, any Purchaser’s Information, whether prepared by Purchaser, Seller or any other person.

More Definitions of Purchaser’s Information

Purchaser’s Information means all information: (i) provided to Supplier by Purchaser or its representatives or subcontractors in connection with the business, programs or Goods covered by this Contract, including commercial and technical details, such as pricing and other terms of this Contract, specifications, data, formulas, compositions, designs, sketches, photographs, samples, prototypes, models, matrixes, patterns, tools, molds, test vehicles, manufacturing, packaging or shipping methods and processes and computer software and programs (including object code and source code), or (ii) related in any way to the installation, operation or maintenance of Purchaser's property, including specifications, drawings, processes and operating instructions. Purchaser's Information also includes any materials or information that contain, or are based on, any Purchaser's Information, whether prepared by Purchaser, Supplier or any other person. Subsuppliers shall be made to commit themselves accordingly.

Purchaser’s Information means all publicly available information regarding the Purchaser filed under Securities Laws including, but not limited to, any financial statements and related management's discussion and analysis, prospectuses, annual information forms, offering memoranda, material change reports and press releases filed by the Purchaser with the TSXV and any applicable Canadian securities regulatory authority during the 5 years preceding the date hereof;

Purchaser’s Information has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.2(c). “RCRA” means the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (42 U.S.C. § 6901 et seq.), as amended by the Hazardous and Solid Wastes Amendments of 1984, and as further amended.
