Purchaser UPOs means a unit purchase options to purchase up to 340,000 units at a price of $15.00 per unit, with each such unit consisting of one (1) share of Purchaser Common Stock and one (1) warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one (1) share of Purchaser Common Stock with an exercise price of $10.00 per share. The Purchaser UPOs will expire on March 20, 2017.
