Purchaser Public Documents definition

Purchaser Public Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.7;

Purchaser Public Documents has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6(a) of Schedule E;

Purchaser Public Documents means all documents and information filed by the Purchaser under applicable Securities Laws on SEDAR or XXXXX since January 1, 2011 and accessible to the public on the SEDAR or XXXXX as of the date hereof;

• As of their respective dates, the Purchaser Public Documents complied in all material respects with the requirements of Applicable Securities Laws applicable to such Purchaser Public Documents.

More Definitions of Purchaser Public Documents

Purchaser Public Documents means all forms, reports, schedules, statements and other documents filed by the Purchaser on SEDAR since September 1, 2014;

Purchaser Public Documents means the public documents filed by the Purchaser on SEDAR under The Purchaser’s SEDAR profile;

Purchaser Public Documents means all documents filed by or on behalf of the Purchaser with the Canadian Securities Administrators on SEDAR at xxx.xxxxx.xxx.

Purchaser Public Documents means all public filings and/or announcements by (or on behalf of) the Purchaser which have been released through a Regulatory Information Service, and all documents made publicly available in accordance with Act, Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Prospectus Regulation, Listing Rules and Market Abuse Regulation;

Purchaser Public Documents means Purchaser’s public disclosure record available on SEDAR since December 31, 2018.

Purchaser Public Documents means all forms, reports, schedules, statements and other documents which are publicly filed by the Purchaser on SEDAR pursuant to Canadian Securities Laws or which are publicly filed by the Purchaser pursuant to Australian Securities Laws, since January 1, 2020;
