Purchaser Documentation definition

Purchaser Documentation means certain documentation, filings, forms, and other administrative or ministerial actions relating thereto, that are reasonably necessary or desirable to effectuate the Sale Transaction, which such Purchaser Documentation shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors and Purchaser.

Examples of Purchaser Documentation in a sentence

  • As soon as required after the Effective Date, Purchaser will deliver to Adaptec the Purchaser Documentation.
