Purchaser Contractor definition

Purchaser Contractor means any contractor at the Installation Location engaged by the Purchaser or any related body corporate (as that term is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) of the Purchaser.
Purchaser Contractor means an engineering inspection firm that is selected by Purchaser in its sole discretion.

  • If requested in writing by the New York Purchaser, Contractor shall amend the agreement with such New York Purchaser to contain the more favorable terms and conditions.

  • If Contractor receives hazardous materials or toxic waste from a Purchaser, Contractor immediately shall contact Purchaser to discuss disposal options, at Purchaser’s expense.

  • If requested by Purchaser, Contractor must comply with WA State Common Freshwater Construction Provisions as outlined in WAC ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, Section 5, Equipment use, paragraph D.

  • If Contractor receives hazardous materials or toxic waste from a Purchaser, Contractor immediately shall contact the Purchaser to discuss disposal options, at Purchaser’s expense.

  • Contractor will leave a copy of served documents at recipient’s Usual Mailing Address (defined as a place of residence and not a US Postal Service Post Office Box or place of employment) with a person of suitable age and discretion who is a resident, proprietor, or agent thereof, and with written authorization from Purchaser, Contractor will mail a copy of documents by first class mail, postage prepaid, to the person to be served at their usual mailing address.

  • If requested by Purchaser, Contractor shall provide a product transfer document (PTD) detailing the type and source of feedstocks producer of the fuel, and carbon intensity (“CI”), if available, for all gallons of renewable diesel sold and delivered to a Purchaser.

  • Upon request of Purchaser, Contractor will provide a copy of their spill notification and response plan within ten (10) business days after request.

  • If requested by Purchaser, Contractor shall provide evidence of current background checks for any employees or agents who will provide Janitorial Services or access Purchaser’s premises pursuant to this Master Contract.
