Purchaser Approval definition

Purchaser Approval shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.03.

More Definitions of Purchaser Approval

Purchaser Approval means the written approval of Buyer given to the Company approving any Purchaser Approved Acquisition, including the definitive purchase agreement (including the schedules and exhibits thereto) relating to such acquisition.
