Purchased Quantity definition

Purchased Quantity in relation to any Product, means the quantity of that Product requested by the Buyer. The Purchase Quantity will be confirmed by the Supplier in the ‘Confirmation Order’.

  • You may not decrease the Purchased Quantity during the Initial Term or any Renewal Term and there shall be no fee adjustments or refunds for any decreases in usage.

  • The true-up payment will equal the highest Salesforce User Count during the quarter (without applying the buffer) minus the Purchased Quantity, times the monthly unit price specified this Order Form.

  • No accumulated quantity in the years before such certain Calendar Year shall be calculated in the Actual Purchased Quantity of API in order to confirm the Supply Price in the certain Calendar Year.
