In consideration of the provision of training outcomes Skills Tasmania shall pay to the RTO the amount specified in the Schedule of Purchased Programs.
All such Governmental Approvals are valid and in full force and effect without any contingency, restriction or limitation other than which would immaterially impair the conduct of the Purchased Programs.

The Pfizer Parties have all requisite corporate power and authority to conduct and carry on the Purchased Programs as they are now being conducted.
