Capital One will provide royalties to the Organization or to the Fiscal Sponsor of the Organization as addressed further herein, based on the initial purchase made on each new Account (a "First Purchase Royalty") and/or a transaction contribution based on a percentage of the Net Purchase Volume charged to each Card (an "Ongoing Purchase Contributions").
