No later than 4pm CST on the same Business Day that the Daily Purchase Statement is provided, Receivables Purchaser shall effect payment to Bank of the Purchase Price as described on the applicable Daily Purchase Statement.

Such Purchase Statement shall supersede the existing Purchase Statement and, if applicable, RDL will grant a refund in relation to any cancelled Plots.
