To the extent the Fund agrees to a shorter Round Trip, Second Round Trip, and/or Purchase Restriction Period with any other Intermediary, the Fund agrees to promptly notify GWFS, and send an amendment to this agreement reflecting the provisions more favorable to GWFS.
