Each Eligible Loan offered to Purchaser by Seller, in Seller’s sole discretion, up to the Purchase Requirement will be deemed to be subject to a Purchase Commitment upon offer.
Such Purchase Requirement will go into effect on the first day of such month and will apply for each month going forward until Seller and Purchaser mutually agree in writing to modify such Purchase Requirement.

Any such change in the Member Advance Stock Purchase Requirement will be applied as of the implementation date of the change to all new Advances made by the Seattle Bank to the Customer.
