Purchase Record definition

Purchase Record means the applicable quote, order confirmation, receipt, or invoice for the Program provided by Licensor (or Licensor's authorized distributors or resellers), any cover page attached to this Agreement and signed by Licensor, or any applicable online form referencing this Agreement and confirmed in writing by Licensor, reflecting Licensee's purchase of a license, and certain parameters of such license, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, with respect to the Program.
Purchase Record means the documentation maintained by the Buyer recording the amount of the Goods removed from the Consignment Warehouse and taken over by the Buyer and specifying the amount of Goods the Seller is obliged to deliver to the Consignment Warehouse to maintain the minimum agreed levels.

  • The text of any Third Party License Terms is provided either with the Purchase Record, the Documentation accompanying the Program (including any "help," "about," "readme" or similar files contained in the Program), and/or is accessible by Licensee at run time level and before installation of the Program.

  • Notices to Grass Valley should be sent to the Grass Valley entity identified on the applicable Purchase Record.

  • In addition to or in substitution of the foregoing, following terms and conditions shall apply to the Software license indicated as Subscription License (defined below) in the Purchase Record.

  • Case record means the file of personally identifiable information, whether written or electronic in form, on an individual that is collected to carry out the purposes of the division as defined in the Act and the Social Security Act. This information remains a part of the case record and is subject to these rules even when temporarily physically removed, either in whole or in part, from the file folder in which it is normally kept.

  • Donor profile record means all records about donors or potential donors to a public institution of higher education except the names and reported addresses of the actual donors and the date, amount, and conditions of the actual donation.
