Purchase Package definition
Purchase Package means and refer to this Agreement (including all Addenda attached hereto), and all of the Project Documents.
Purchase Package means the documents submitted to DCA in connection with DCA's purchase of a Loan from a Seller, as further described in Chapter 2 of this Guide.

Buyer acknowledges that Buyer is fully informed about and voluntarily consents to this Agreement (and all other documents comprising the Purchase Package), and Buyer agrees that the provisions of this Agreement (and all other documents comprising the Purchase Package) are reasonable and reflect the intention of the parties regarding the Property.
