Purchase Pack definition
Purchase Pack means, in relation to each Account Receivable, a document in the form set out in Schedule 2, duly executed by the parties thereto.

The Bank may at any time assign, transfer or sub participate (including by way of novation) any of its rights hereunder or under any Purchase Pack to another bank or financial institution.
The Supplier may not deliver a Purchase Pack to the Bank unless the Bank has received all of the documents and other evidence listed in Schedule 3 (Conditions Precedent) in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.
