Purchase Order Financing definition

Purchase Order Financing or "PURCHASE ORDER LOAN" refers to advances made by Lender to Borrower to purchase materials to produce good or services to generate an identifiable invoice pursuant to a Contract assigned to the Lender. These loans will be converted into an Accounts Receivable Loan upon the receipt of the invoice for which the Purchase Order funds were used.
