Purchase Order Amendment definition

Purchase Order Amendment means an issued and Authorised Purchase Order Amendment from the Authority or series of Purchase Order Amendments.

  • Unless mutually agreed, a Purchase Order Amendment does not apply to change the Goods timely and fully delivered and accepted before the date of the Purchase Order Amendment.
