Examples of Purchase Order Amendment in a sentence

  • If any change causes an increase or decrease in the cost of, or the time required for, Supplier's performance, an equitable adjustment may be made in the price or delivery schedule or both, if such adjustment is set forth in a Purchase Order Amendment signed by the Authorized Representative.
