Purchase Objectives definition

Purchase Objectives means the minimum quantity of each Product which Distributor commits to purchase quarterly during the term of this Agreement, as mutually agreed upon and set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto. These quarterly purchase objectives are to serve as goals and a means to track progress but are non-binding.

Examples of Purchase Objectives in a sentence

  • Distributor and AltiGen shall agree upon quarterly Purchase Objectives.
