Purchase List definition

Purchase List means a list of Seller Mortgage Loans owned by Seller as of the close of business on the fifth Business Day prior to the date on which such list is sent to Purchaser pursuant to Section 2.2(a), which list includes (without limitation) the information specified by Section 2.2(a).
