Purchase Exposure definition
Purchase Exposure means, at any given time, the aggregate Purchase Price for Purchased Receivables with respect to which any Eligible Supplier has not yet been paid the Purchase Price therefor.
Aggregate Exposure Percentage with respect to any Lender at any time, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of such Lender’s Aggregate Exposure at such time to the Aggregate Exposure of all Lenders at such time.
Aggregate Revolving Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate Revolving Exposure of all the Lenders at such time.
Short Exposure means a short inversed leveraged exposure to the Reference Asset.
Revolving Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Revolving Loans and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure at such time.
Total Credit Exposure means, as to any Lender at any time, the unused Commitments and Revolving Exposure of such Lender at such time.
