Purchase Dates definition

Purchase Dates means October 31 and April 30 of each year. --------------

More Definitions of Purchase Dates

Purchase Dates means the First Purchase Date and the Second Purchase Date.
Purchase Dates means such dates as may be set by the Board of Directors for the purchase of Common Stock, provided that (i) Purchase Dates shall be no less than six months and no more than 24 months after the termination of the applicable Offering Period and (ii) Purchase Dates may be any earlier date of purchase pursuant to the terms of this Plan, including Sections 11 (termination of employment), 12 (retirement or disability), and 13 (death).

Related to Purchase Dates
