The Administrative Agent shall have the right, acting in its reasonable discretion, to approve or reject any Purchase Approval Request and to reasonably request additional information regarding any proposed Asset.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Portfolio Manager, on behalf of the Borrower, shall deliver a Purchase Approval Request to the Administrative Agent in accordance with this Section 2(b)(i) prior to the acquisition of any Purchased Ineligible Asset.
