Punta Gorda Facility the real property located in Punta Gorda, Florida and leased by Tracker pursuant to a ground lease, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit D (the "Ground Lease"), and the building and all other improvements thereon (the "Punta Gorda Improvements"), which Punta Gorda Improvements are owned by Tracker.
