Pull Out Service definition

Pull Out Service means that prior to collection the Contractor must pull-out the Collection Container manually from its original location to a location where the collection vehicle can empty the contents safely into the truck, and return the Collection container to its original location after emptying it. These containers are mounted on casters or wheels.
