PUH Engineer definition

PUH Engineer means an engineer (if any) appointed by the applicable Preference Unit Holders as contemplated under the Unit Holders Deed and notified to the Project Manager by the Trustee under clause 3.7(b).
PUH Engineer means the engineer appointed by the applicable Preference Unit Holders under clause 16.4. clause 8.5(a). clause 8.5(a).

  • SBI Engineer means The Civil/Electrical Engineer in-charge of the Project, as nominated by the AGM (P&E), SBI, RAJKOT

  • Banks Engineer means any Engineer who is employed by SBI or any other Engineer appointed from time to time by the Employer, and certified in writing to the Architect and the contractor, to act as Engineer for the purpose of the Contract in place of the said engineer.

  • Site Engineer means an Engineer appointed by the SBIIMS at site as their representative for day-to-day supervision of work and to give instructions to the contractors.

  • Independent Engineer means an agency/ company, appointed by Nodal Agency in accordance with the Guidelines for Encouraging Competition in Development of Transmission Projects.

  • Geotechnical engineer means a Professional Engineer whose principal field of specialization is the design and Construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment.
