PUD Well definition

PUD Well means a well identified on Exhibit F to be drilled in the future upon a PUD Location which (for the purposes of determining Marketable Title thereto, and any Title Defects or Title Benefits associated therewith, pursuant to this Agreement) shall be treated as if such well had been drilled and completed and was in existence at or prior to the date of this Agreement.
PUD Well means a well to be drilled in the future upon a PUD Location, which (for the purposes of determining Defensible Title thereto) shall be treated as if such well had been drilled and completed and was in existence at or prior to the date of this Agreement.

Examples of PUD Well in a sentence

  • For each Program Well or PUD Well in which WSGP elects to participate, PetroQuest shall send WSGP a cash call notice for WSGP’s proportionate share of the AFE cost for such well no earlier than fifteen (15) days prior to the estimated Spud Date for such well.

  • Shallow well means a well located and constructed in such a manner that there is not a continuous layer of low permeability soil or rock (or equivalent retarding mechanism acceptable to the department) at least 5 feet thick, the top of which is located at least 25 feet below the normal ground surface and above the aquifer from which water is to be drawn.

  • Deep well means a well located and constructed in such a manner that there is a continuous layer of low permeability soil or rock at least 5 feet thick located at least 25 feet below the normal ground surface and above the aquifer from which water is to be drawn.

  • Oil well means any well capable of producing oil or oil and casinghead gas from a common source of supply as determined by the commission.

  • Exploration Well means a well that is not a development well, a service well or a stratigraphic test well.

  • Gas well means a well producing gas or natural gas from a common source of gas supply as determined by the commission.
