PUCT Rules definition

PUCT Rules means the Substantive Rules of the PUCT.
PUCT Rules mean the substantive rules of the PUCT set forth in Title 16, Chapter 25 of the Texas Administrative Code.

Related to PUCT Rules

  • SIFT Rules means the provisions of the Income Tax Act providing for a tax on certain income earned by a “SIFT trust” or “SIFT partnership” as those terms are defined in the Income Tax Act.

  • 1940 Act Rules and Regulations means the rules and regulations of the Commission under the 1940 Act.
