PUC Certificate definition

PUC Certificate means any certificate of public convenience or necessity or other authorization issued by a PUC which is necessary for the conduct of the Business.
PUC Certificate means Pollution Under Control Certificate issued by appropriate authorities as per the regime of the origin country to check a motor vehicle’s emission limits;
PUC Certificate means any License required by the PUC to provide intrastate telecommunications services in the Territories using the Conveyed Assets.
