Public use facilities definition
Public use facilities means all of the following:
Public use facilities means any property or facility designated through an agreement with the County as available for use by individuals, groups, or other organizations that are not directly associated with the County;
Public use facilities means the portion of the LDA Facilities retained by the Agency for public use.
