The Servicer shall make available for inspection, audit and copying to the Issuer, the Commission, the Public Staff and the Indenture Trustee or their respective duly authorized representatives, attorneys or auditors the Storm Recovery Property Records at such times during normal business hours as the Issuer, the Commission, the Public Staff or the Indenture Trustee shall reasonably request and that do not unreasonably interfere with the Servicer’s normal operations.
Upon the request of the Issuer, the Seller shall execute and deliver such further instruments and do such further acts as may be reasonably necessary to carry out more effectively the provisions and purposes of this Sale Agreement with notice to the Commission and Public Staff as provided in Section 6.02, provided, however, that the delivery of such notice shall not delay the implementation of any instrument delivered in accordance with this Section.
The Servicer shall maintain the Storm Recovery Property Records at 4▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇-1748 or at its facility located at Iron Mountain, 3▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, or at such other office as shall be specified to the Issuer, the Commission, Public Staff and the Indenture Trustee by written notice at least 30 days prior to any change in location.
The Indenture Trustee, the Commission and Public Staff shall and shall cause its representatives to hold in confidence all such information except to the extent disclosure may be required by law (and all reasonable applications for confidential treatment are unavailing) and except to the extent that the Indenture Trustee may reasonably determine that such disclosure is consistent with its obligations hereunder.
