Public Reserves definition

Public Reserves means all reserves held under the Reserves Act 1977, Wildlife Act 1953, Conservation Act 1981 and National Parks Act 1980 and includes all reserves, wildlife refuges, wildlife management reserves and wildlife sanctuaries, marginal strips, stewardship areas, conservation areas, ecological areas, sanctuary areas and national parks.
Public Reserves means Crown Reserves under Trusteeship for which Council is Trust Manager and Council owned land classified as community land.
Public Reserves or " reserves" means respectively and includes all lands now or hereafter to be set, apart for any of the purposes mentioned in the First Schedule to "The Public
