Public Projects definition

Public Projects means all City/County Civic Projects and all City/County Road Projects. These Public Projects include infrastructure projects, civic projects and Riverside County Flood Control District projects.

Examples of Public Projects in a sentence

  • Additionally, Agency must require its contractor(s) to notify BNSF’s Manager of Public Projects thirty (30) calendar days prior to commencing work on BNSF property or near BNSF tracks.

  • The construction of the Project will not commence until Agency gives BNSF's Manager Public Projects thirty (30) days prior written notice of such commencement.

  • Public project means any of the following:

  • Public Property means any and all property owned by the City or held in the name of the City by any of the departments, commissions or agencies within the City government.

  • Public Procurement means the acquisition by any means of goods, works or services by the government;

  • Public premises means any hotel, restaurant, tavern, store, arena, hall, or other place of public accommodation, business, amusement, or resort.

  • Public works project means the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.
