Public Procurement Contract definition

Public Procurement Contract means a contract of financial interest signed, in writing, between the contracting authority on one side and the contractor on the other side, and the subject of this contract shall be the procurement of works for construction subject to the contract;
Public Procurement Contract means a contract of financial interest, which includes utilities contracts, concluded in writing between one or more contracting authorities on one side and one or more economic operators on the other side, the subject of which is the execution of works, delivery of goods or provision of services, in accordance with this Law;
Public Procurement Contract means a contract for pecuniary interest concluded in writing between the Contracting Authority on the one hand and the Contractor on the other, whose subject is the execution of works, delivery of goods or the provision of services subject of Contract;
