Public or Private Official means physician, including any intern or resident; LPN or RN; employee of the Department of Human Services, AAA, County Health Department, Community Mental Health Program, nursing facility; person who contracts to provide services to a nursing facility; peace officer; clergyman; registered social worker; physical therapist; legal counsel for resident or guardian or family member of the resident.
