Public Housing Units definition

Public Housing Units means the units set aside as “PHA-Assisted Units” under the Regulatory and Operating Agreement.
Public Housing Units means the 81 units on the Premises regulated as public housingunits in accordance with the Regulatory and Operating Agreement or the RAD Documents, as applicable. These public housing units will be converted to RAD units and Project-Based Voucher units, contingent on HUD approval, and thus all reference to Public Housing Units in this Lease is also covered by the definitions of RAD Units.
Public Housing Units means any housing units in a Rental Phase subject to the ACC. "Public Infrastructure Improvements" is defined in Section 6.4.2.

Examples of Public Housing Units in a sentence

  • Provided that Owner continues operating the Public Housing Units in accordance with the Applicable Public Housing Requirements, and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, such units shall be eligible to receive the benefit of Operating Subsidy to the extent such funds are appropriated by the Congress and otherwise made available to the Authority pursuant to Section 9(e) of the Act, or pursuant to any successor legislation, and as more specifically set forth in Article 4 hereof.

  • Tenant and the Lessor agree that the Tenant’s Lease for the Unit is subject to the provisions of the rules of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”), Section 42, the Lessor’s agreements with the Authority, and the additional terms and conditions of the Lease Addendum for Occupants of Public Housing Units.

  • If the Public Housing Units are not exempt from real estate taxation, then the payment of Development Operating Subsidy under clause (a) above may be increased from 90% up to 100% to the extent such taxes exceed the amount of PILOT payment available to the Rental Owner.

  • All other Applicants, including non-exempt Consent Decree applicants, who are employed a minimum of 20 hours per week shall meet the employment requirement, although only 50% of the residents in the Public Housing Units must meet the employment requirement.
