Public Docks definition

Public Docks means those facilities that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Midstream Partners is granted use of pursuant to the Agreement of Frequent Users and the Port of Corpus Christi for Oil Docks 1 and 2, dated 2006.

  • Includes any time under temporary appointment in City service, employment by the Commission of Public Docks, the Exposition- Recreation Commission, and Prosper Portland.

  • If said repairs would take longer than a two (2) week period, and provided a space exists that would accommodate the size of The Dive, the City will allow The Dive to utilize a pier at the Public Docks for a period not longer than thirty (30) days, while said repairs are completed.

  • Upon The Dive obtaining all necessary approvals for the Dock Expansion from the Planning Department, the City shall allow The Dive to utilize the southern-most pier at the Public Docks until the Dock Expansion is completed.
