Public Date definition

Public Date means the date on which the Company shall have completed an initial public offering of its securities or shall through completion of a reverse merger transaction or otherwise have become a reporting company under the Exchange Act.
Public Date means, (a) for the purposes of paragraph (iii) above, the date on which the De-listing Event, the Insolvency Event or the Nationalisation Event is publicly announced, and (b) for the purposes of paragraph (iv) above, the date on which the market disruption constituting a Continued Market Disruption Event is publicly known. If any doubt arises in relation to such Public Date in respect of a Continued Market Disruption Event, such Public Date shall be determined by the Issuer in its sole discretion.
Public Date means the date of the earlier to occur of (i) the consummation of the Company’s IPO, and (ii) the Common Stock being listed for trading on the New York Stock Exchange, the Nasdaq, the Toronto Stock Exchange, the Canadian Securities Exchange, the OTCQX Best Market or OTCQB Venture Market or on any of their respective affiliate exchanges (or any successors to any of the foregoing).
