Public copy definition

Public copy means a copy of a bidder's redacted proposal available for public inspection as required by R.I. Gen. Laws § 37-2-18 and Procurement Regulations § 5.11 of this Subchapter.
Public copy means a copy of any information submitted to the Department pursuant to the Act or this chapter which is identical to the confidential copy except that any confidential information shall be deleted. The public copy can be a photocopy of the confidential copy, with the confidential information blacked out.
Public copy means a version of information maintained by the agency from which information determined by the director to constitute a trade secret has been omitted or withheld by the agency.
