Public Cloud Services definition

Public Cloud Services means any public cloud services specified in an Order (including any attached Statement of Work) and as further described in Service Schedule 5Cloud and Hosting Services.
Public Cloud Services means a shared pool of configurable Cloud Computing service models made available to users as a rapid, on demand, elastic self service via the Internet from a Cloud Service Provider's servers as opposed to being provided from a company's own on-premises servers, but does not include managed services, training, private or on-premise cloud services, or professional or consulting services that exceed standard public commercially available support services.
Public Cloud Services means the information technology infrastructure resources (including computing and storage), provided by third-party vendor(s) (such as Amazon Web Services) which will be managed through the Platform.

Public Cloud Services means the computing services provided by unaffiliated third parties (such as AWS) that are described in industry parlance as “cloud services”, offering variable on-demand computing and storage.
