Public API definition

Public API or “1inch Public API” means an application programming interface available at 1inch DevPortal for non-commercial use by the User under these Terms, any object code, software libraries, software tools, sample source code, published specifications and Documentation, any future, updated or otherwise modified version(s) thereof.

  • The Public API is intended for personal and non-commercial use only, meaning that it cannot be used or directed toward any commercial value or advantage, or to receive any monetary or other compensation by any individual or legal entity.

  • For example: • For organizations providing submission management or other services to publishers: Each publisher must have its own API credential (free Public API Credential for authentication only or paid Member API Credential for authentication, access to Limited Access Data, ability to update ORCID records, and for premium members, access to the call-back API).

  • Your usage of Public API may be monitored on a daily basis for a 24-hour period.

  • You may not distribute, license (whether through multiple tiers), or otherwise transfer 1inch Public API to any third party, nor may you use it for commercial purposes.

  • High Direct Connection to Tenant API An external (non- Workday) system acts as a client making a connection to Customer’s tenant Public API directly, using web services or Reports-as- a-Service, which form part of the core Workday Service.

  • Service Providers must require their customers to make use of their own API credentials, whether in the form of a free Public API Credential or a paid Member API Credential.

  • If 1inch decides to charge for access to the 1inch Public API, you do not have any obligation to continue to use such API.

  • You may not distribute, license (whether or not through multiple tiers), or otherwise transfer Public API to any third party, nor may you use it for commercial purposes.
