Public Affairs Program definition

Public Affairs Program means any Non-Network Television Program that is categorized as a “public affairs program” on Data Reports, or which otherwise consists solely of content similar to programming categorized as public affairs programming by a Data Provider. For purposes of this Agreement, “Public Affairs Program” shall not include any Program that primarily consists of, or focuses on, music.
