Public Accommodation Laws definition

Public Accommodation Laws means all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, and building codes, in effect during the term of this Lease, governing non-discrimination in employment, public accommodations and commercial facilities, including, without limitation, the requirements of the Americans With Disabilities Act 42 USC 12101.

  • Tenant shall complete any and all alterations, modifications, or improvements to the Leased Premises necessary in order to comply with all Public Accommodation Laws during the term of this Lease.
