Public Access Point definition

Public Access Point means public land designated by the Crown and developed and maintained as a public access to a water body;
Public Access Point means waterfront property open to the public to gain access to tidal waters.
Public Access Point means public land designated, developed and maintained by the Township, the Province of Ontario, or the Government of Canada as a public access to a waterbody; and which is accessible by a publicly maintained road.
