Pubco Stock means the shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Pubco; provided that from and after the Closing, Pubco Stock shall refer to, collectively, the Pubco Class A Stock and the Pubco Class B Stock, which shall have the terms set forth in Exhibit E.

Examples of Pubco Stock in a sentence

  • PubCo, on behalf of Purchaser, shall instruct its transfer agent to issue the Earnout Securities and provide confirmation of such issuance in book-entry form to the Sellers Representative within 10 Business Days thereof, and no fractional PubCo Stock shall be issued as Earnout Securities.
