PTV definition

PTV within the meaning of this agreement and thus the contracting party of the Customer is in each case the PTV sales company with which the Customer concludes its usage or redistribution contract regarding a PTV product or a contract for the provision of services, such as maintenance, support, training or consulting (hereinafter "Services"). The respective PTV sales company arises from the concluded main contract (hereinafter “Main Contract”).
