Examples of PTS Service in a sentence

  • To maintain Support, the Customer must agree to an update if the PTS Service uses a version of the PTS software that is more than two major versions behind the current release.

  • Maplesoft may, at its sole option, and in addition to any other right herein, suspend Support and the Customer's access to the PTS Service immediately and take any remedial action under any applicable law in the event of an Illegal Act or Prohibited Act.

  • The Customer acknowledges that access to the PTS Service will be available only with the then most current version of Maple TA Software.

  • The PTS Service shall be made available to the Customer on-line at the Maple PTS Site from Maplesoft’s hosted facility and/or other systems used by Maplesoft to host the PTS Service (collectively, the "Systems").

  • The Customer is responsible for all its Internet connection charges, calling activities or phone bills related to the use of PTS Service.

  • The Customer retains all right, title and interest in and to all Customer Data, subject to the license rights granted to Maplesoft necessary to provide the PTS Service and Support under this Agreement.

  • When a major new version of the PTS software becomes available, Maplesoft will contact the Customer to schedule an update of the PTS Service to install the newest version of the PTS software.

  • The Customer shall be responsible for all sales, use, value added, or other taxes or duties, as applicable, payable with respect to the PTS Service and the Support, or otherwise arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, other than Maplesoft's income taxes.

  • Customer shall immediately cease all use of its Subscription Rights at the expiry of the Term; provided however, that should the Customer continue to use any of the PTS Service and/or Support after this Agreement expires and the Customer does not renew the Agreement in accordance with the terms hereof, the Agreement shall be deemed to be renewed on the terms and conditions hereof for a further Renewal Term.

  • If, as a result of such access and use, Maplesoft determines that the number of Registered Users (concurrent or otherwise) accessing or using PTS Service is greater than that set forth in the Order Confirmation, Customer shall forthwith pay any additional Fees due as a result of such additional access or use of the PTS Service.
