PTN definition

PTN means a personal telephone number.
PTN or the "Company"), proposes to issue and sell to the public up to 400,000 shares ("Shares") of its Common Stock, par value $.001 per share ("Common Stock"). This is to confirm the arrangements with you (the "Placement Agent"), with respect to the sale of the Notes by the Placement Agent as non-exclusive agent for PTN.
PTN has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
