PTM Levy definition

PTM Levy means a charge on certain trades in the securities of companies whose shareholders affect the afforded by the Takeover Code from the UK Takeover Panel, which is payable on trades in securities of companies which are incorporated in the UK and whose shares are admitted to trading on a UK regulated market or UK trading venue.
PTM Levy means the aggregate of all levies payable to the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers pursuant to rule 2.19 of the Rules of the London Stock Exchange in relation to the Placing;
